For her intro

Come to class 5-10 minutes early so that our instructors can explain how the For Her Reformer works. During class, they’ll make sure to correct your posture and alignment during the exercises to ensure flawless execution.

All levels

45 minutes of intensive For Her Work-outs. For this class, you can expect an innovative full-body workout that focuses on building strength and toning muscles. To keep you on your toes, we’re teaching a new routine every 6 weeks. Different levels available.

Prenatal Reformer

Pilates Mommy 2 be Classes

Especially designed for expectant mothers and those who have recently given birth, these 45-minute Slow Flow for Her Reformer classes focus on maintaining strength, flexibility, and deep relaxation throughout your pregnancy journey. With calm, controlled movement and supportive guidance, each session helps you stay connected to your changing body while building confidence and comfort as you move. What you’ll gain:
