Pilates For Her is located right in the heart of it all — in vibrant De Pijp, Amsterdam, and on the charming Denneweg in The Hague. Two central locations, perfectly placed, and always close to the city buzz. Pilates, girl energy, and the best city vibes ✨

For her intro

Come to class 5-10 minutes early so that our instructors can explain how the For Her Reformer works. During class, they’ll make sure to correct your posture and alignment during the exercises to ensure flawless execution.

All levels

Anasheed classes

45 minutes of intensive For Her Work-outs. For this class, you can expect an innovative full-body workout that focuses on building strength and toning muscles. To keep you on your toes, we’re teaching a new routine every 6 weeks. Different levels available.

Intermediate/Advance

Designed for experienced practitioners seeking a greater challenge, this class incorporates heavier springs and advanced exercises, building towards more complex movements as you progress.

FOR HER High Intensity

Energizing and fast-paced, this class combines upbeat music and a fun workout focused on sculpting and fitness. Expect fewer breaks, more cardio, and a dynamic, sweat-inducing experience.

FOR HER Glute-Focused Class

Targeted specifically at toning and strengthening your glutes and legs, this class isolates key muscle groups to help you achieve a sculpted lower body.

FOR HER Core-Focused Class

This class is designed to strengthen and tone the core muscles, helping to improve posture, stability, and overall body control.

Specially designed for expectant mothers and those who have recently given birth, these classes focus on maintaining strength, flexibility, and relaxation throughout your pregnancy journey.

FOR HER Jumuah Prayer - Reformer

Pilates and Islamic prayer together with a group of girls! Each week we choose a new topic and discuss it together!

Hot reformer: Hot Reformer Pilates

Wear comfortable light clothes (shorts) for a heated class! Don't forget to bring water and a towel too.
